Hot stone massage involves the use of heated bassalt (lava) stones. The stones are moved over the muscles warming the body, the result is extremely relaxing.

Termperature will be checked throughout treatment to ensure that it is at the right level for you. Pressure can be varied to suit each client, resulting in either a light relaxing massage or a deep tissue remedial massage.

The treatment can be tailored to your requirements, from a whole body massage to working on specific areas.

Cold stones, usually white marble, can be added in to the treatment for a refreshing and soothing experience. This can be especially beneficial for tired aching muscles, and also for closing the pores.
